Thank you for visiting. By using mybiomedicalclinic.com, our forms, or our text line, you agree to these terms. We've tried to keep them short and plain.
This website is information, not medical advice
What you read here is general information about our clinic and our care. It isn't a diagnosis or a treatment plan, and it doesn't make you a patient. Every visit starts with a brief exam, and what's right for you is decided by Dr. Brett or Dr. Derrek after that exam. Individual results vary. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
If you have a medical emergency, call 911. Don't use our forms or text line for urgent needs.
Requests and appointments
Sending a form or text is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Our team will reach out to confirm. Please keep detailed health information out of forms and texts; we'll ask privately.
Text messages
By giving us your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive texts from Bio Medical about your request, appointments and services, and marketing messages such as offers and clinic updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or call 337-485-4349. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We don't share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing. Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy.
Payments, gifts and refunds
- Bio Medical is a cash-pay clinic. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
- Promotional visits are paid by card over the phone when our team calls to schedule.
- Promotional gift credits apply only as described in that promotion, have no cash value, and can't be combined with other offers. They are transferable, so you may give one to someone else.
- SoftWave first-visit promise: If you're not satisfied with your SoftWave session, tell us before you leave and we'll refund your $50. And if your exam shows SoftWave isn't a good fit for you, your $50 is refunded.
- Refunds go back to the original card used for payment and are processed within 5–10 business days. Your card issuer may take longer to post them.
Cancellations
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Call or text 337-485-4349.
- Rescheduling with 24 hours' notice or more is always free.
- If you reschedule late but rebook within 7 days, there's no fee and no package visit is counted.
- No-shows or late cancellations that aren't rebooked count as a package visit, or carry a $25 fee for patients without a package.
- We waive the first occurrence as a courtesy.
Reviews and testimonials
Patient reviews on our site are real reviews shared by patients, labeled as advertisements. They reflect individual experiences. Individual results vary.
Our content
Text, photos, videos and logos on this site belong to Bio Medical or are used with permission (for example, SoftWave video provided by SoftWave TRT). Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking.
Links to other sites
We link to sites such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Maps and The Vitality Collective. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Limits of liability
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Bio Medical isn't liable for damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits our professional responsibilities to you as a patient.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with its effective date.
