Our patient application is a short survey, one question at a time. It tells us what you have going on, what you have already tried, and how ready you are to make changes, so we can tell you honestly whether Bio Medical is the right fit. A human on our team reads every answer. If we can help, the next step is a conversation; if we cannot, we will give you our best referral.
