How we do it
We don't hand out a bag of bottles. Supplement recommendations here are made one-on-one, and only when they fit your care. If they do, Dr. Brett or Dr. Derrek explains which ones and why, after your exam and in plain words.
Sometimes the honest answer is that you don't need anything new. We'll tell you that too.

Every visit starts with a brief exam. Tell us what you already take, including vitamins, herbs and prescriptions, so we can look at the whole picture and avoid doubling up.
